Education institutions, public or private are supposed to accelerate therate of human capital formation.  Innovative education and to market it insuch a way institutions and students both are found beneficed.  We gothrough innovative education in the Indian settings.  A number of socialthinkers and educationist have gone through the problem and feel abouteducation in the same way.  Gandhiji advocated to giving free andcompulsory education in the age group 7 to 14.  He strongly advocatededucation must covers all the subject included crafts to main subject ofeducation.  Innovative system of education process is to be practicedright from elementary education to the higher education.

Literacy:-

The term literacy is a condition of being literate, it denotes a person able toread, write and understand.  In short, the knowledge which helps for thefulfillment of the objectives of life is known as literacy.

Emerging Trends in Literacy:-

The emerging trends testify the good response of our policies and programmesfor increasing the rate of literacy. We can market literacy in such a way thatwith out any regional, race, gender bias, and illiteracy in all age groupsabove 5 is minimized considerably.

Management literacy: -

We havebeen investing huge amount of money and deploying. a good number of persons andsophisticated technologies to literate the masses and remove the illiteracy. The management practices bear the efficacy of improving the input-output ratiosince we frame of a services mix keeping in view the sensitivity of target, prospects, and attempt to promote the same by using modern sophisticateddevices.  We use the term management for literacy, education anddevelopment of knowledge.  The simple logic in using the term managementis to make available to the prospects the quality services.  Themanagement practices would simplify the process of qualitative cum quantitativetransformation in the process of efficiency generation.

Services management in Elementary Education

We have four mixes in the context of services management of elementaryeducation in both at primary and upper primary stages while innovativecurriculum. We have advocated in favor of blending the formal and informededucation.  We find emphasis on informal education to protecting thevalues, organization culture and organization productivity.  It is verynatural that we assign due weight age to the innovative communicationtechnologies to make the child education more effective.

We alsofind special emphasis on rural students, it is offered by government at free ofcost services.

Strategic Services Management:-

The strategic services management focuses on strengthening the innovationprocess to achieve the target of total literacy level increase.  We needcreativity in the system of education since the task of wooing the ruralchildren and girl is found tough.

Services management in Secondary Education:

We emphasis the secondary education and need more precautions here. Since theprospects are teenagers. The curriculums are to be selected in the face oflatest developments. The latest communication technologies are used for makingthe system more effective. Both the Govt. and private high schools are foundengaged in the process; the fee strategy again becomes a challenging task.

Strategic Services Management:

In the strategic services management, we talk about the action plan which wouldmake the system effective even for the rural students and especially for thegirls living in the rural areas.

Services Management in Higher Education:

We strengthen the vocational courses in the higher education is required to bemade selective, especially for excellent and very excellent students. Itcontributes the lot to the development of knowledge. It is pertinent process;we focus on scientific developments and while designing the curriculum. Theword of mouth promotion mix is very effective the communication channel, it ismore effective without any cost involve. Here the Private, Govt. institutionsand Universities give advertising to initiate the qualitative and quantitativeimprovements in the educational system makes available facilities even to poorand weaker students.

Strategic Services Management:-

We have a target of initially qualitative improvements in the system are morecompetitive and contribute a lot to the socio-economic transformationprocess.  The advocacy is in favour of enriching the curriculum.  Thegovernment, private (colleges & institutes) and universities are supposedto advertise and publicize but there must be an optimal budget for thatpurpose. We honored the fact that educational institutions are acting as aprofit making organization.  We have discussed a strategic plan for thefee-structure which allows even the poor and meritorious students to geteducations.

Conclusion:-

Services are responsible for the creation of a substantial majority of neweducational institution both private and government institutions around theworld.  The service management in educational field includes manyactivities provided by public and non-profit organization.  We candescribe the effectiveness of services in education field through 7p’s ofservice management.  The education institutions should select and choosethe customer to serve the customer and focus on achieving customer satisfactionand loyalty.  Educational Institute services management is nothing butservices to poor and backward class people.  These institutions will focuson the quality of service not to focus on profits.  Unfortunately today’scompetitive world’s educational institutions focus on profit through servicesexcept some institutions.  Hence every body’s (Education institutions)should focus the best services in educational field to make effective andefficient literacy for eradication of illiteracy.
